What We Do
Heart for Orphans partners with local missions and churches in Ukraine to share Christ with kids in orphanages and support those who have graduated from the orphanage.
Heart for Orphans has five group homes in Ukraine for teens who have graduated from state orphanages. Our vision is to open group homes like these in other areas so orphaned teens can learn to live with Christ directing their lives. Our teens not only learn practical skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, but also how to pray, setting life goals, and treating others with respect. Several of our homes have begun cottage industries and our kids are learning real-world skills that will enable them to make a living.
Heart for Orphans partners with Agape, a Ukrainian ministry that has a Bible curriculum for orphans. The Bible program is now taught in 32 orphanages and 10 trade schools. By sponsoring the Bible program in an orphanage, you can partner with us to bring God’s word to every orphan!
We also offer adoption support to families, humanitarian aid to orphans, and programs that raise awareness of orphans and the issues they face.
