Benjamin’s Update

Baby-Benjamin-1.jpg

We are delighted to announce that baby Benjamin and mother Natasha will travel to the Czech Republic soon so that Benjamin can receive the treatment he so desperately needs! Due to complications during delivery, Benjamin stopped breathing for 15 minutes. This lack of oxygen to the brain caused a delay in the development of his motor skills. At one years old, Benjamin cannot sit up, use his hands, or talk. Benjamin will receive state of the art treatment at a famous clinic where they have seen remarkable success in young children with problems like his. His treatment begins February 8th.

Natasha, as you will remember, was one of the first girls who lived at Esther House, a Heart for Orphans Transition Home. Today, she is married with two children.

A big THANK YOU to all who donated to make this trip possible for mother and son!
