Tima, an orphan himself and one of the original boys at Mel’s House, went to Kyrgyzstan two years ago to help orphan children. On a weekly basis, Tima visits with approximately 50 children, ages 5 through 15, to mentor and guide them, and to share God’s love.

Every year, the Girl Scouts donate 10% of their cookie sales to a charity of their choice and this year, they generously helped our ministry! These girls worked hard selling cookies to raise money for their troop and for Heart for Orphans.
